The Board of Selectmen of the Town of Madison, Connecticut are seeking proposals from interested qualified firms to Design, Engineer, Construct, Finance, Operate and Maintain two solar photovoltaic car port systems on school property under the terms of a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for these Solar Facilities in accordance with the requirements, terms, and conditions of this Request for Proposals.
Proposals will be received at the Facilities Department Office located at 284 Green Hill Road, Madison, Connecticut 06443-2563, until 11:00 a.m. local time on Friday, October 16, 2020.
This Request for Proposals is not an offer of a contract, and no contract shall exist, unless, a written contract is executed by the Town of Madison and the successful proposer.
The Town of Madison reserves the right to waive any informalities, irregularities or non-material deficiencies in proposals, to accept or reject any or all proposals, and to develop a final scope of services and schedule, negotiate fees, and award a contract to the firm that in its sole discretion, it believes is best suited for the assignment identified in this Request for Proposals and will be in the best interests of the Town.
