Meditation Mindfulness Movement
Tai Chi and Yoga instructor, Kim Langley, has created a holistic and innovative class from her knowledge and experience, to share with you. Meditation and Mindfulness practices and techniques, as well as a full body stretch and toning segment fill each class. Kim will also share breathing and balance exercises. This class is chock full of things to keep your body mind and spirit humming! The class can be done in either in a chair, or standing and for now will be delivered via Zoom. Zumba Gold is perfect for the active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Join Cassie Morrison on Zoom from your own home, come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. Classes focus on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance! For your safety we ask you wear sneakers and clothes you can move in!
