Balance & Strength Training
The Madison Senior Center and Joint Effort are joining forces to bring you a great 4 week class. Join Michelle from Join Effort for a 30 minute Balance & Strength Training Zoom class.
Low-impact, moderate intensity workout consisting of balance exercises and strength exercises. The intervals are 30 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest totaling about 25 minutes, followed by a stretching cool down to finish. As time goes on, the exercises will get increasingly harder and more challenging to maximize both a person’s balance and strength.
Tuesdays starting January 19th through Feb. 9th at 1pm
