The Town of Madison will be holding a Public Informational Meeting on Monday, November 13th at 6:00 p.m., at Town Campus, Room A, and remote via Zoom to discuss a draft of the Town’s Strategic Plan. This draft plan is a result of community feedback received over the last 6 months through community surveys, focus groups, a visioning session, and a leadership retreat. It lays out a Town vision and mission statement and identifies our Strategic Goals and Objectives in Key Focus areas. We welcome your feedback on this draft document. Note that this draft does not include the implementation plan for Town government, which will be forthcoming.
