End of Summer Season
As we enter the Labor Day Weekend, the Town can no longer fully staff our beach facilities, including lifeguards, due to our summer staff returning to school. Please be mindful when attending our beaches, especially with children, that lifeguards will not be on duty. However, we will continue to have patrol and gate monitors in place through Labor Day. After Labor Day weekend, we will no longer be staffing gate guards and sporting activities will ramp up at the Surf Club and other athletic fields around town.
Back to School
Welcome back to our Madison Public School teachers, administrators, parents, and most importantly our students, who started school earlier this week. I want to wish you a healthy, happy and productive school year. For more information including the 2023-2024 calendar and more, please visit the district's Back to School page. Also note that back to school means additional bus and car traffic throughout town. Please stop when school buses are loading and unloading children - do not try and go around them when they are at a full stop.
