The Madison Senior Center and the Madison Beach and Recreation Department are teaming up to offer a fun community event!
Consider yourself officially challenged when you join us for The Great Jigsaw Puzzle Challenge! Open to Residents and Non-Residents! Join us on Wednesday, April 12 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Madison Senior Center. You will have two hours to put together a 500-piece puzzle with your teammates. Refreshments will be served and the winning team will win a prize.
Rules of the Puzzle Challenge
- The leader and the person who must register your team must be a senior, age 60 and older. We reserve the right to check ID's!
- Teams can have a maximum of 4 people of any age. Build your team with children, grandchildren, friends, etc.
- Every team will build the same puzzle.
- When the time starts, only the teammates who are present will be allowed to participate so don't be late!
- The challenge will begin at 1 p.m. with a welcome, rule review, etc. Play will start promptly at 1:30 pm and end promptly at 3:30 pm.
- The first team to complete the puzzle correctly will win.
- If no teams complete the puzzle, we will count the leftover pieces and the team with the most complete puzzle will win the challenge.
- At 3:30 we will verify the winners and present the prize.
