The second installment of tax on the 2021 Grand List was due January 1, 2023. The last day to pay the January 1, 2023 installment without penalty is February 1, 2023 (US Postmark). Payments not bearing a US Postmark must be received by February 1, 2023 to avoid interest, per CT Statute 12-146.
