Due to the forecast of high temperatures, the Madison Senior Center and Scranton Library will open as cooling center the remainder of this week.  

The Madison Senior Center is located at 29 Bradley Road, Madison, CT and will be open during the following hours:

• Tuesday, July 19:  8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• Wednesday, July 20: 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• Thursday, July 21: 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• Friday, July 22:  8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Scranton Library is located at 801 Boston Post Road, Madison, CT, and will be open during the following hours:

• Tuesday, July 19:  9:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
• Wednesday, July 20: 9:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
• Thursday, July 21: 9:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
• Friday, July 22:  9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Saturday, July 23: 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
