The Madison/Guilford Transfer Station will be closed to the public from Tuesday, June 4^th through Thursday June 6^th in order to make repairs to the compactor. The work is expected to take two days, Tuesday through Wednesday (our usual day closed) but it could run into Thursday. Trash cannot be accepted in a safe manner while the compactor is down, therefore the facility must be closed.
