Public Forum
A friendly reminder of the public forum being held on Tuesday January 15, 2019, beginning at the conclusion of the Town's Capital Improvement Program (CIP) meeting (approximately 7:30 P.M.) at Polson Middle School. The CIP meeting will take place in the auditorium and we will then transition to the cafeteria for the public forum at approximately 7:30 P.M.
We are hopeful that you will attend this critical opportunity to provide input into the ongoing discussion of the future of our school facilities. Over 80 participants joined us at Ryerson School on November 28, 2018 and common themes emerged from numerous comments.
The evening will be interactive with a series of structured opportunities for substantive input, similar to the previous meeting at Ryerson. We will be seeking input on the same themes as last meeting, however, the event will be a bit more streamlined.
If you attended on November 28, you are very welcome, and encouraged, to join us once again at Polson tomorrow night.
Babysitting activities for children ages 3 and up will be available in Cafeteria B, directly across the hall from the main cafeteria. Refreshments will be available as well.
We look forward to seeing you tomorrow, January 15th at Polson at 7:30 P.M.
