The Madison Jaycees Turkey Trot will be held on Thursday, November 23, 2017, commencing at 10:00 AM. The race will proceed south on Island Avenue from the Town Green, initially proceeding west on Middle Beach West before turning eastbound along the shoreline to Waterbury Avenue; then returning to the Town Green. The Turkey Trot will require road closures and will result in traffic disruption in and around the Town Green. Residents and motorists should expect traffic delays along the race route between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM as well as increased traffic and detours around the Town Green starting as early as 8:00 AM.
