20-04CSP. Cottage Road. Map 32, Lot 8. R-2 District. Owner/Applicant: Town of Madison. Coastal Site Plan Review to establish a public kayak launch site at the eastern terminus of Cottage Road. Approved.
20-07CSP. 157 Overshores Drive East. Map 14, Lots 7&8. R-3 District. Owner: Jeffery Radding; Applicant: Anthony Bolduc. Coastal Site Plan Review to reconstruct a portion of the existing wooden groin. Approved.
