MADISON PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
At a meeting held on January 16, 2020, the Commission took the following action:
19-22+CSP. 4 Boston Post Road. Map 44, Lot 57. C District. Owner/Applicant: Yarde Realty Company. Special Exception Permit to construct a 1,684 sq. ft. one-story multi-use building, including a 20-seat restaurant, 2-bedroom apartment, marina office/storage area, covered outdoor storage area with deck above, paved driveway/parking area, winter boat storage area, site lighting, landscaping, and associated improvements. A boardwalk is proposed along the west side of the property and the proposed docks/dock walkways and davit on the west side of the property were previously approved by Connecticut DEEP and Army Corps of Engineers. Continued to February 20, 2020.
