MADISON PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 18, 2019, at 7:30 p.m., Meeting Room A, Town Campus, 8 Campus Drive, to consider the following:

19-15.  196 & 206 Durham Road.  Map 58, Lot 14.  RU-2 District.  Owner/Applicant:  Temple Beth Tikvah.  Special Exception Permit Modification for a proposed addition to the existing Temple to include restrooms, kitchen, storage and a new side entry totaling roughly 5,180 s.f. The application also proposes incorporating 206 Durham Road into the Temple property, demolishing the existing building at 206 Durham Road, and constructing a new parking lot.  Continued from June 20, 2019.
