Notice is hereby given that the Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 9, 2019, 7:00 P.M., Meeting Room A, Town Campus, 8 Campus Drive, Madison, CT, to consider the following:
8222. 92 Middle Beach Road. Map 16, Lot 114. R-4 District. Owners: Mr. & Mrs. Elgar H. Peerske; Applicant: John U. Parker. Request to vary sections 3.6a and 3.6d of the Madison Zoning Regulations to allow a 14.2 ft. front yard setback where 30 ft. is required, and a 5.7 ft. side yard setback where 12 ft. is required to allow an addition to dwelling.
8223+CSP. 4 Lawson Drive. Map 17, Lot 24. R-3 District. Owners/Applicants: Margret Rose & Ehab Yostos. Request to vary Secs. 3.6a), 3.8c), 2.8/3.6a), 2.8/3.6a), and 2.8/3.6c) of the Madison Zoning Regulations to allow a west front setback of 25.2 ft. where 30 ft. is required, 1,700 sq. ft. coverage where 1,600 sq. ft. is allowed, 19.1 front yard setback where 30 ft. is required for steps, 21 ft. front yard setback where 30 ft. is required for pergola, and 13 ft. side yard setback to steps where 5 ft. is required, all to permit existing structure to be demolished and new dwelling to be constructed. Coastal Site Plan Review Required.
