Map 18, Lot 43. R-4 District. Owner/Applicant. Aisling B. Fearon. Request to vary Secs. 2.17 and 3.6(c) of the Madison Zoning Regulations to allow a 40.4 ft. setback from the critical coastal resource where 50 ft. is required, and 9 ft. rear yard setback where 23 ft. is required, to allow a dwelling to be constructed.
