At a meeting held on November 13, 2018, the Board took the following action:


8216.  140 Overshores Drive East.  Map 25, Lot 20.  R-4 District.  Owners/Applicants.  John & Kirsten Adams.  Request to vary Sec. 3.6(d) of the Madison Zoning Regulations to allow a side yard variance of 7.2 ft. where 12 ft. is required to permit construction of a dormer. Approved.


8217.  72 Harbor Avenue.  Map 24, Lot 203.  R-4 District.  Owner:  Christine Perrelli; Applicant:  Poolscape Pool & Spa.  Request to vary Secs. 3.6(a&c) of the Madison Zoning Regulations to allow a front yard variance of 3.25 ft. where 30 ft. is required and an 10.92 ft. rear yard where 20 ft. is required, to permit the installation of an inground pool. Approved As Modified.
