MADISON ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
Notice is hereby given that the Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 13, 2018, 7:00 P.M., Meeting Room A, Town Campus, 8 Campus Drive, Madison, CT, to consider the following:
8216. 140 Overshores Drive East. Map 25, Lot 20. R-4 District. Owners/Applicants. John & Kirsten Adams. Request to vary Sec. 3.6(d) of the Madison Zoning Regulations to allow a side yard variance of 7.2 ft. where 12 ft. is required to permit construction of a dormer.
8217. 72 Harbor Avenue. Map 24, Lot 203. R-4 District. Owner: Christine Perrelli; Applicant: Poolscape Pool & Spa. Request to vary Secs. 3.6(a&c) of the Madison Zoning Regulations to allow a front yard variance of 3.25 ft. where 30 ft. is required and an 10.92 ft. rear yard where 20 ft. is required, to permit the installation of an inground pool.
