At a meeting held on October 9, 2018, the Board took the following action:

  • 8212. 30 Bushnell Lane, Parcel B. Map 27, Lot 87. R-2 District. Owner/Applicant: Carolyn A. Dyer Trust. Request to vary Sec. 2.4 of the Madison Zoning Regulations to permit a building lot without required frontage. Withdrawn.
  • 8213+CSP. 30 Toffee Lane. Map 13, Lot 118. R-5 District. Owner: Mano Luciani; Applicant: Fred Candido.   • 8215. 72 Harbor Avenue. Map 24, Lot 203. R-4 District. Owner: Christine Perrelli; Applicant: Gulick & Co. Request to vary Secs. 3.6(a&c) of the Madison Zoning Regulations to allow a 27.7 ft. front yard to enclosed porch were 30 ft. is required and 26.2 ft. to 2nd floor addition where 30 ft. is required; 5.1 ft. rear yard to enclosed porch where 20 ft. is required, 10.1 ft. to 2nd floor addition where 20 ft. is required; all to allow addition on the north side of the existing dwelling. Approved.
