At a meeting held on September 20, 2018, the Commission took the following action:

18-25.  Rear of 318 Horsepond Road.  Map 80, Lot 19.  Open Space Conservation District (OSCD) District.  Owner/Applicant:  Horsepond Estates, LLC.  Resubdivision Application in an Open space Conservation District (OSCD) to divide 21.46 acres into 14 lots and open space.  Approved With Conditions.

18-27+CSP. Fort Path Road.  Map 36, Lot 25-1.  L-1 & R-1 Districts.  Owner/Applicant:  Milano Properties LLC.  Special Exception Permit for three office/commercial buildings totaling 39,145 sq. ft. and two self-storage units totaling 3,300 sq. ft.  Approved With Condition.

18-07.  48 Old Duck Hole Road.  Map 67, Lot 63.  RU-2 District.  Request for second extension of time to file mylar.  Approved.
