At a meeting held on August 16, 2018, the Commission took the following action:

18-26.  96 & 102 Wall Street.  Bradley & Wall.  Map 38, Lots 27 & 28.  D District.  Minor Site Plan Review Modification for construction of a 20 x 28 foot deck to replace the existing concrete patio area, and the addition of twenty-four (24) seats for outdoor dining.  Approved.

 

18-25.  Rear of 318 Horsepond Road.  Map 80, Lot 19.  RU-2 District.  Owner/Applicant:  Horsepond Estates, LLC.  Resubdivision Application in an Open space Conservation District (OSCD) to divide 21.46 acres into 14 lots and open space.  Continued to September 20, 2018.

18-23.  Regulation Amendment.   Petitioner:  Madison Planning & Zoning Commission.  Petition for regulation change in the Residence Districts (R-1, R-2, R-3, R-4, R-5) to establish Special Use Regulations for Small, Single Family Cluster Developments within 500 ft. of the ‘D’, ‘DW’, ‘DC’, ‘C’, and ‘T’ Districts.  Approved As Modified, Effective August 24, 2018.

18-07.  48 Old Duck Hole Road.  Map 67, Lot 63.  RU-2 District.  Request for extension of time to file mylar.  Approved.

18-14.  90 Liberty Street.  Map 29, Lot 61.  R-1 District.  Request for extension of time to file mylar.  Approved.
