At a meeting held on July 19, 2018, the Commission took the following action:

18-18CSP.  71 Oak Avenue.  Map 13, Lot 39.  R-4 District.  Owner/Applicant:  Dominick D’Agostino.  Coastal Site Plan Review for construction of a deck. Approved.

18-19CSP.  6 Arrowhead Road (Meadow Lane).  Map 23, Lot 66.  Owner/Applicant:  Magnus Klauka.  Coastal Site Plan Review for construction of single family dwelling with an on-site septic system and on-site drainage retention system in a coastal hazard area.  Approved.

18-24.  82 Wall Street. Map 38, Lot 30.  D/DVD District.  Owner/Applicant:  MAS Property Holdings, LLC.  Minor Site Plan Review in the Downtown Village District to allow a new code compliant egress stair; and allow for the change of use of the second and third floors from residential to office use.  Approved.

18-12+CSP.  168-178 Cottage Road.  Map 32, Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 14.  C & R-2 Districts.  Owners:  Marine Ventures III, LLC & 168 Cottage Road LLC.  Special Exception Permit application for a mixed-use development of 37 2-bedroom residential townhomes, retail, offices, and marina.  Coastal Site Plan required.  Approved With Conditions.

18-23.  Regulation Amendment.   Petitioner:  Madison Planning & Zoning Commission.  Petition for regulation change in the Residence Districts (R-1, R-2, R-3, R-4, R-5) to establish Special Use Regulations for Small, Single Family Cluster Developments within 500 ft. of the ‘D’, ‘DW’, ‘DC’, ‘C’, and ‘T’ Districts.  Continued to August 16, 2018.

18-13 OSCD.  Rear of 318 Horsepond Road.  Map 80, Lot 19.  RU-2 District.  Owner/Applicant:  Horsepond Estates, LLC.  Resubdivision Application in an Open space Conservation District (OSCD) to divide 21.46 acres into 14 lots and open space.  Tabled.
