At a meeting held on July 10, 2018, the Board took the following action:

8210.  Hunter’s Trail and Milestone Lane.  Map 57, Lot 54.  RU-2 District.  Owner:  Connecticut Yankee Realty, Inc.; Applicant:  Thomas E. Cronan.  Request to vary Sec. 5.6(f) of the Madison Zoning Regulations to allow a front yard setback of 20.4 ft. where 40 ft. is required to permit construction of a single family dwelling.  Denied.

8211.  297 Neck Road.  Map 12, Lot 146.  R-4 District.  Owners/Applicants:  Gerald & Kate Davis.  Request to vary Sec. 3.6(a) of the Madison Zoning Regulations to allow a front yard setback of 19 ft. where 30 ft. is required to permit construction of a 2nd story addition, and to allow a front yard setback of 23.6 ft. where 30 ft. is required to permit construction of a deck.    Approved.
