At a meeting held on March 15, 2018, the Commission took the following action:

18-03CSP.  25 Fence Creek Drive.  Map 28, Lot 54.  R-2 District.  Applicant:  Kadamus Properties, LLC.  Coastal Site Plan Review for construction of a single family dwelling and septic system, driveway, pool, spa and pool house within 100 ft. of a Critical Coastal resource.  Approved.

18-06CSP.  49 Neptune Avenue.  Map 18, Lot 56.  Owner/Applicant:  Neptune by the Sound LLC.  Coastal Site plan Review to replace existing steps and move them 36.5 ft. to the east.  Approved.

18-07.  48 Old Duck Hole Road.  Map 67, Lot 63.  RU-2 District.  Subdivision approval to divide 4.196 acres into 3 lots.  Approved. 

18-01+DVD.  801 Boston Post Road.  E. C. Scranton Memorial Library.  Map 38, Lot 41, 42, 43, & 45.  DW District.  Special Exception Permit application for the addition and renovations to the E. C. Scranton Memorial Library.  Approved.

18-05 & 8-24 Referral.  Ridge Road.
  Map 77, Lot 20.  RU-1 District.  Special Exception Permit application submitted by Connecticut Water for construction of a 1.3 million gallon water storage tank to be located on Town property at the Bulky Waste site.  Approved.

18-04.  Regulation Amendment.  Applicant:  Madison Planning & Zoning Commission.  Proposal to amend Sec. 3.4 of the Madison Zoning Regulations to allow “Bed and Breakfasts” by Special Exception Permit in the R-1 and R-2 Districts.  Approved, Effective March 23, 2018.
