8206.  516 Horsepond Road.  Map 84, Lot 18.  RU-1 District.  Request to vary Sec. 5.5(f) of the Madison Zoning Regulations to allow a front yard setback of 30 ft. where 40 ft. is required to construct a second floor addition to existing dwelling.  Commencement of Hearing Postponed to March 13, 2018.

 8207.  891 Boston Post Road.  Map 39, Lot 21.  D District.  Owner/Applicant:  891 Boston Post Road LLC.  Request to vary Sec 6.2.3(b) of the Madison Zoning Regulations to allow an east side yard setback of 0.8 ft. where 10 ft. min. is required to allow installation of a generator and two air conditioning units. Approved as Modified.

Scranton Memorial Library; Applicant:  EC Scranton Library Expansion Building Committee.  Request to vary Secs. 6.2.3 (f&i) of the Madison Zoning Regulations to allow 37.2% coverage where 35% is allowed; 20,144 sq. ft. interior first floor area where 3,000 sq. ft. is allowed; parking space dimensions of 9 ft. x 16 ft. where 9 ft. x 18 ft. is required; all to permit a two story addition and renovations to the existing E. C. Scranton Memorial Library.  Commencement of Hearing Postponed to March 13, 2018.
