MADISON ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

Notice is hereby given that the Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 14, 2017, 7:30 P.M., Meeting Room A, Town Campus, 8 Campus Drive, Madison, CT, to consider the following:

8205.  113 Buffalo Bay.  Map 13, Lot 1.  R-3 District.  Owners/Applicants:  Sandy & Lewis Bates.  Request to vary Sec. 2.9 of the Madison Zoning Regulations to allow west side setback of 17 ft. 1 in. and east side setback of 15 ft. 8 in. where 34 ft. is required to permit construction of new dwelling.  Coastal Site Plan Review required.  
            
At this hearing written communication will be received and interested parties will be heard.  Information on the above application is available in the Land Use Office, Madison Town Campus.
