At a meeting held on September 21, 2017, the Commission took the following action:

17-18CSP.  86 Ridgewood Avenue.  Map 6, Lot 36.  Owner/Applicant:  Matthies Limited Liability Co.  Coastal Site Plan Review for construction of new dwelling, pool, and deck. Approved.

17-21.  752 Summer Hill Road.  Map 147, Lot 69.  RU-1 District.  Owners/Applicants:  South Central Connecticut Regional Water Authority.  Subdivision application to establish a new 80,000 sq. ft. lot around an existing dwelling unit for future disposition by the Regional Water Authority.  Approved.

17-22.  2115 Durham Road.  Map 159, Lot 6.  RU-1 District.  Owner/Applicant:  Lori Rossi.  Subdivision of 4.68 acres into 2 lots.  Approved.

17-23.  82 Wall Street.  Map 38, Lot 30.  D/DVD District. Owner/Applicant:  MAS Property Holdings, LLC. Minor Site Plan Review/Downtown Village District Minor Alteration Application for elimination of two parking spaces and installation of a 13 ft. x 15 ft. wooden trash enclosure and for minor revisions to the approved building plans. Approved. 

12-27D+CSP.  1291 Boston Post Road.  Map 31, Lot 51.  C District.  Owner/Applicant:  1291 Boston Post Road, LLC.  Request for extension of Special Exception Permit approved August 16, 2012.  Approved.

17-19+CSP.  32 Mungertown Road.
 Map 35, Lot 36.  T District.  Owner/Applicant:  Carrie B. Hick.  Special Exception Permit application for construction of a 3-story barn containing a 2-bedroom apartment, retail, service, and storage space.  Coastal Site Plan Review required.  Tabled to October 19, 2017.

17-20+CSP.  168-178 Cottage Road.  Map 32, Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 14.  C & R-2 District.  Owners:  Marine Ventures III, LLC & 168 Cottage Road, LLC.  Special Exception Permit for a mixed-use development of 37 2-bedroom residential townhouses, retail, offices, marina and restaurant.  Coastal Site Plan required. Continued to October 19, 2017.
