MADISON ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

Notice is hereby given that the Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday December 6, 2016, 7:30 P.M., Meeting Room A, Town Campus, 8 Campus Drive, Madison, CT, to consider the following:

8195.  16 Middle Beach Road.  Map 16, Lots 128 & 129.  R-5 District.  Owners:  Michael & Doreen Sproule; Applicant:  John A. Matthews.  Request to vary Secs. 3.6(a) and 3.8(b) of the Madison Zoning Regulations to allow a 20 ft. front yard where 25 ft. is required and addition of 128 sq. ft. floor area to permit deck to be converted to a screened-in porch.
