Notice is hereby given that the Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 3, 2016, at 7:30 p.m., Meeting Room A, Town Campus, 8 Campus Drive, to consider the following:

16-21.  8 Campus Drive.  Map 68, Lot 49.  RU-2 Zone.  Owner:  Town of Madison; Applicant:  Pyramid Network Services, LLC.  Special Exception Permit Modification for replacement of an existing emergency communication tower with a new 150 foot self-supporting tower and associated equipment.  The existing tower, which will be removed as part of this project, is located adjacent to the Arts Barn and the new tower is also proposed to be located adjacent to the Arts Barn. 

At this meeting written communications will be received and interested parties will be heard.  Information on the above application is available in the Land Use Office, Madison Town Campus.
