NEW BUSINESS

5.    Review the recommended proposal for the disposition of Island Avenue School to Our Lady of Mercy Preparatory Academy. 


6.    Discuss and take action to approve Donations as follows: 


In the amount of $5,000 from Neighbor to Neighbor to fund camp scholarships. 


In the amount of $2,000 from the Madison Exchange Club to fund camp scholarships. 


7.    Discuss and take action to approve a Special Appropriation request from the Health Department in the amount of $19,100 for Fiscal Year ending 6/30/2021 to fund shortage in Household Hazardous Waste recycling services.


8.    Discuss and take action to approve a Line Item Transfer request in the amount of $18,000 to fund the services of Tyche Planning & Policy Group through January 31, 2022. 


9.    Discuss and take action to approve a Line Item Transfer request from the Police Department in the amount of $90,243.20 to transfer funding for the Police Captain salary.  


10.    Discuss and take action to approve a Special Appropriation request from the Police Department in the amount of $62,013.00 to fund rank promotions; pending Town Meeting approval. 


11.    Review a request from the Caleb Foundation and HOPE Partnership, Inc. for Tax Relief under Code of Ordinances Section 20-3 as sent to Town Meeting by the Board of Selectmen for approval on Monday, September 27, 2021.


12.    Discuss and take action to approve the creation of a Coastal Resiliency Reserve Fund.


13.    Discuss and take action to approve a Special Appropriation in the amount of $500,000 to fund the Coastal Resiliency Reserve Fund; pending Town Meeting approval. 


14.    Discuss and take action to approve Round 3 ARP Funding schedule in an amount not to exceed $282,359.00. 


15.    Review Financials. 


16.    Liaison Reports and Report from First Selectman.
