8. Discuss and take action to approve the hiring of Francesca Esposito to the position of Parent Support Counselor located within the Youth & Family department upon successful completion of a drug screening and criminal background check.  The position is non-exempt.  Rate of pay is Grade 8, Step 1 $25.04 per hour.  The position is budgeted, not requiring an appropriation of funds.  

9. Discuss and take action to approve a Special Appropriation request from the Board of Education in the amount of $515,000 to fund COVID-19 expenses, pending Board of Finance Approval pursuant to State of Connecticut Executive Order 7I, Item 13. 

10. Discuss and take action to approve a Special Appropriation request from the Public Works Department in the amount of $24,481.98 to replace a 2008 Ford Escape Hybrid SUV. 

11. Discuss and take action to approve awarding the contract for the Race Hill Road Drainage Improvements Project.

12. Discuss and take action to approve awarding the RFP for the Town Facilities Audit and Facilities Conditions Assessment. 

13. Discuss the RFP process for the Solar Carports projects at Daniel Hand High School and Polson Middle School.
