9. Discuss and take action to approve the modification of the Salary Grade classification for the Town Planner position from a Grade 15 to Grade 16. 

10. Discuss and take action on approving the Public Works Teamsters Local Union #433 contract dated July 1, 2019 – June 30, 2024.

11. Discuss and take action to approve routine Line Item Transfers totaling $79,205.00.
