IWWA #22-04. 301 Boston Post Rd.  Map, 36, Lot 14.  Owners/Applicants:  Albert and Tatiana Rojas. Request for modification to previously approved Section 13 regulated activity permit to build a single-family house and detached accessory structure, associated well and septic system. Modification request includes a new two-bedroom guest house and detached barn within a 100’ wetland review area.
