7. Review CCM Madison Fleet Study. 
8. Discuss and take action to approve awarding the bid for the removal of brush, stumps, logs and woods at the Bulky Waste Site. 
9. Discuss proposed project from the Madison Diversity and Inclusion Committee to create a Pride Crosswalk at an intersection on a Town road. 
10. Discuss and take action to approve proposed revisions to Code of Ordinances Section 20- 5. - Property tax exemption for volunteer firefighters. 
11. Discuss and take action to call a Public Hearing on Monday, March 22, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. via Zoom to hear comment on the Madison I CDBG Small Cities Grant project at the Concord Meadows Apartments. 
12. Discuss and take action to approve the following Resolution: 
Be it resolved, that in support of its prior action on March 9, 2020 and April 27, 2020, the Board of Selectmen hereby approves sending the Year-2 Extension of the Lease Modification and Extension Agreement between the Town of Madison and Our Lady of Mercy Preparatory Academy of Madison for a period of August 1, 2021 through July 31, 2022 to Town Meeting in accordance with the action taken by the Board of Finance on
April 29, 2020. 

13. Discuss and take action to approve calling a Special Town Meeting on February 18, 2021 via Zoom, to approve the following matters: 
1. The Year-2 Extension of the Lease Modification and Extension Agreement between the Town of Madison and Our Lady of Mercy Preparatory Academy of Madison for a period of August 1, 2021 through July 31, 2022. 
2. Granting a tax abatement to The Caleb Foundation and HOPE Partners in accordance with Section 20-3 of the Town of Madison Code of Ordinances. 
3. Modifications to the current Tax Incentive Policy (adopted by the Board of Selectmen on May 29, 2018), as recommended by the Economic Development Commission.
