BUSINESS


6.    Presentation from Girl Scout Troup 63260. 


7.    Discuss and take action to approve a Donation from Neighbor to Neighbor in the amount of $5,000 to provide emergency funding to individuals and families in need of assistance. 


8.    Discuss and take action to approve awarding the contract for the PD Locker Room Renovation project to the low bidder, Innerspace. 


9.    Discuss and take action to approve a Line Item Transfer request from the Public Works Department in the amount of $30,000. 


10.    Discuss and take action to approve a Line Item Transfer request in the amount of $125,309.00 for Salary Reconciliations into Town departments. 


11.    Discuss and take action to approve a Special Appropriation request from the Selectman’s Office in the amount of $7,000 to fund the West Wharf lease agreement; pending Board of Finance approval. 


12.    Discuss and take action to approve a Special Appropriation request from the Police Department in the amount of $210,000 to fund body-worn and in-dash cameras upgrades; pending Town Meeting approval.


13.    Discuss and take action to approve calling the Annual Town Meeting in Town Campus Room A and on Zoom on Thursday, February 10, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. for the following purposes:


1. Review State of the Town Report

2.  Review Five-Year Capital Plan

3.  To receive the Annual Report of the permanent Boards, Commissions, Agencies, Committees and the Town’s Auditor Report in accordance with Article II, Section 2.1.4.1 of the Town Charter. 

4. To approve a Special Appropriation request from the Police Department in the amount of $210,000.
