ACADEMY COMMUNITY CENTER ADVISORY COMMITTEE

  1. Call to order.
  2. Approval of minutes of January 5, 2023 meeting.
  3. Interface with Academy Building Committee.
    • Comments on ACCAC Initial Recommendations to the Building Committee.
    • Discuss presenting survey results to the Building Committee at our joint committee meeting on Wed, Jan 18 from 5:30 – 7:30 PM at the Surf Club. 
  4. Report on community outreach efforts: Lisa.
  5. Discuss schedule and volunteers for handing out postcards at future town events and locations – Lisa.
    • Review of survey completions by DHHS students on 01/11/2023:  Scott.  
  6. Review recent town and media announcements about the Academy Survey.
  7. Review and discuss Academy Survey results to date: John.
    • Discuss “consumable public version” of the survey results, and how to present our committee’s conclusions.     
  8. Update from Focus Group Subcommittee on activity groups identified and invitations to the three Focus Groups:  Sheri, Joan, and Bill.  John re: Smartsheet invitation.
  9. Preparation for presentation of survey results to the BOS on Monday, Jan 23 @ 7:00 PM in Room A of Town Campus: John and Bill
