Guilfole 2019 Irrevocable Trust; Applicant:   Virginia Guilfoyle.  Regulated Activity Permit for installation of a paver patio, fire pit, retaining wall and rock steps, propane tank/tanks, concrete pads, screen fence, and miscellaneous tree trimming.  Also approval of previously installed landscaping and removal of some fencing, all in the 100 ft. wetland review area.
