Absentee ballots will be available beginning October 1, 2010 at the Town Clerk's Office, 8 Campus Drive.

To obtain an absentee ballot:

1. Complete an application in person at the Town Clerk's Office
2. Request an application by phone (203)245-5672
3. Download an application and mail to:

   8 Campus Drive
   Madison, CT 06443

Hours: The Town Clerk's Office Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 A.M.- 4:00 P.M.

Please visit the website of the Connecticut Secretary of the State for complete instructions. To be valid, the Town Clerk must have the original signature on the Absentee Ballot Application.
