Map 13, Lot 1. R-3 District. Owners/Applicants: Sandy & Lewis Bates. Request to vary Sec. 2.9 of the Madison Zoning Regulations to allow west side setback of 17 ft. 1 in. and east side setback of 15 ft. 8 in. where 34 ft. is required to permit construction of new dwelling. Coastal Site Plan Review required. At this hearing written communication will be received and interested parties will be heard.
